We will be starting at 9:00am, Sunday 05th May from the Monday Muscle Coffee House at the Crossfit Huntsman Hertford location 

The coffee house will be open from 8:30 am so feel to arrive early for coffee, snacks, socialising etc.

The plan is for a steady 12km jog, but people are welcome to join in for however long they feel they want to
